Bucks LGBTQ Center is directed by Dr. Heidi Dalzell, Dr. Stacy Hunt, and Clinical Coordinator, Kayti Protos, LCSW.

The program is unique in providing individual therapy by Masters and Doctoral level therapists with specific training around supporting and affirming LGBTQ clients and their families. Groups are run by well-trained and experienced therapists.

The beautiful space at Barclay Commons, home to our umbrella entity "Bucks Support Services", Bucks Eating Support Collaborative, Bucks Recovery Center & Newtown Yoga, allows clients to add on other services: specialized psychotherapy, nutrition, massage, yoga, meditation, wellness classes, personal training, acupuncture, and hypnotherapy.

This is the first and largest organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, their parents and families, and allies. With over 400 chapters and 200,000 members and supporters crossing multiple generations of families in major urban centers, small cities, and rural areas across America, PFLAG is committed to creating a world where persity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued, and affirmed.


This organization believes that every student has the right to a safe, supportive, and LGBTQ-inclusive K-12 education. We are a national network of educators, students, and local GLSEN Chapters working to make this right a reality. Their research and experience has shown that there are four major ways that schools can cultivate a safe and supportive environment for all of their students, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
