IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE A PIAA SPORTS PHYSICAL TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SCHOOL SPORT. PAGES 1-5 MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE PARENT AND PAGE 6 IS COMPLETED BY THE PHYSICIAN. THE PHYSICIAN'S PHYSICAL MUST BE PERFORMED AFTER JUNE 1ST OF THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR WHICH WILL MAKE IT VALID UNTIL JUNE 1ST OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR. THE PHYSICAL CANNOT EXPIRE DURING A SPORT SEASON.
No Student will be permitted to participate in a tryout or practice until they submit a completed and signed PIAA Physical Form. Physicals can be completed by family physician or done at Klinger during the prescheduled dates shown on the website calendar.
Versions of the PIAA physical evaluation and other forms are available on the Klinger school website and the PIAA website.
Students should listen to morning announcements for team meetings and tryout dates
